Our 5k/10k Stride for Seniors helps raise funds to provide programs and services to over 3,000 residents and patients. Walker Methodist is a senior living organization providing housing, healthcare, rehabilitation, and services to older adults throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities.

    Our annual 5k/10k is a USATF certified course and is electronically timed. This makes our course ideal for a qualifying run. Prizes are awarded to the top female and male finishers in each respective age category.

    Can’t make it in person? Sign up for our virtual option! A race box including a Walker Methodist t-shirt and socks will be mailed to all virtual participants.
