ST. PAUL -- In Minnesota's congressional races, Republican incumbents Michele Bachmann and John Kline and Democratic incumbent Tim Walz all have big leads in dollars over their challengers.
A federal campaign report says Bachmann had more than one million dollars in the bank at the end of March.
That's almost 10 times more than the amounts reported by the Democrats seeking to challenge her in Minnesota's 6th Congressional District.
In the 2nd District, Kline had $510,000 in the bank compared with $39,000 for Iraq war veteran Steve Sarvi.
And in the 1st Congressional District, Walz finished the period with about one million dollars in the bank. Republican endorsee Brian Davis had $50,000 while state Senator Dick Day, who plans to challenge Davis in the GOP primary, had $72,000.
