Police looking for missing bipolar teen

St. Paul Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing teenager who has bipolar disorder. Seventeen-year-old Joseph Christopher Kaiser was last seen leaving his home in the 2100 block of St. Clair Avenue in St. Paul around 11 a.m. on May 20th.

According to a press release, St. Paul Police say Kaiser is a "...vulnerable person who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was in a manic state when he left his home."

Kaiser is described as:

  • white male
  • 6'2" tall
  • 200 pounds
  • brown hair
  • blue eyes

    He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black back-pack.

    He may also be riding a bicycle with one pedal.

    Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Paul Police Department missing persons unit at 651-266-5646 or 651-291-1111.
