St. Leo, Minn. -- Deputies say a 6-year-old boy who was missing on Saturday walked out of a cornfield after a search that lasted for almost two hours.
Deputies in Yellow Medicine County say they got a call around 11 a.m. on Saturday saying that the boy was missing the believed to be in a cornfield north of St. Leo.
Deputies, fire fighters, a rescue team, the State Patrol, the DNR and a private airplane helped look for the boy. Then just before 1 p.m. he walked out of the cornfield toward fire fighters who were surrounding the field. He was taken home with no injuries.
