MAHTOMEDI, Minn. — Authorities are investigating after a man's body was found on a sidewalk in the northeast metro Thursday morning.
A statement from the Washington County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the 900 block of Woodland Drive in Mahtomedi after receiving reports about a man lying on a sidewalk. When they arrived, they found the 51-year-old man dead, according to the sheriff's office.
At this time, the sheriff's office said preliminary information does not suggest foul play, but it's still working with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the man's exact manner and cause of death.
