Vikings sign WR Kendall Wright

The seven-year pro out of Baylor was the 20th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Vikings continue to make free agency moves ahead of next month's NFL Draft.

On Friday, the team announced it has signed wide receiver Kendall Wright. The seven-year pro out of Baylor was the 20th overall pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Wright spent last season with NFC North rival Chicago, where he led the team with 59 receptions for 614 yards and one touchdown.

Free agency has been kind to Minnesota. The Vikings have made big signings in the form of quarterback Kirk Cousins and defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson.
