Brandi Carlile to headline first 3 nights at Fillmore Minneapolis

The venue will open its doors Feb. 12, 2020 with a three-night show sequence from the Grammy award winner.

MINNEAPOLIS — A new music venue called the Fillmore is coming to the Minneapolis North Loop, and the first stack of shows has been announced.

The venue will open its doors Feb. 12, 2020, with a three-night sequence from Grammy award winner Brandi Carlile.

Tickets go on sale Friday Oct. 18 at 10 a.m.

The Live Nation-owned venue is located right next to the Target Field Station.

Fillmore is sure to put on some competition on the popular venue First Avenue. 

Earlier this year, the Fillmore took at stab at First Avenue with Ron Bension, president of Live Nation's clubs and theaters reportedly saying “It’s not just a black box with people in it.”
