FOREST LAKE, Minn. - Police say the body found in a wooded area in Forest Lake has been identified as a man who was reported missing last month.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner identified the body as 55-year-old Mark Kurtz who was reported missing on April 23 from his Forest Lake area home.
Police say there is no evidence of foul play and no threat to the community.
Authorities say a man searching for morel mushrooms found the body Thursday behind the CenturyLink building.
Police Capt. Greg Weiss says officers are not looking for any suspects in the death.
