EXCELSIOR, Minn. — The annual Excelsior Christkindlsmarkt will take place Thanksgiving weekend and the following weekend. The six-day event draws people from all over and is modeled after the traditional German, open-air Christmas markets.
The festival features a popular beer garden, foods, gifts, and entertainment.
The Christkindlsmarkt supports several charities including His House Foundation and ICA Food Shelf.
