The St. Paul Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a missing 83-year-old man who has dementia.
Police reported that no one has heard from Manuel Morales since Dec. 26.
Morales was last seen on the west side of St. Paul wearing jeans and a grey, zip-up and hooded sweatshirt pulled over a maroon flannel shirt.
He is described as Hispanic and is five feet and four inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
St. Paul police urges anyone with any information on Morales whereabouts to call them at 651-291-1111.
