BURNSVILLE, Minn. - A Burnsville senior care facility worker has been charged with the sexual assault of a vulnerable adult.

According to the criminal complaint, Burnsville police responded to a report of inappropriate conduct at the care facility at about 7 p.m. on March 10. The reporting party told police that she responded to a resident's call light and when she got to the room, she found a dresser blocking the door. When she was able to get the door open, she told police she saw a resident lying on her back with her nightgown pulled up, and a worker, 35-year-old Isaac Misati Aboki, on top of the resident.

The victim was a 70-year-old vulnerable adult woman who has difficulty communicating with others and has limited mobility.

Aboki, of Savage, Minnesota, told police that he was helping the victim wash her face, change her diaper and put on her nightgown. The complaint states that police observed stains on his pants. A sexual assault exam was performed and the Dakota County Attorney's Office says the evidence supports the criminal charges.

Aboki is charged with second-degree and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was arrested shortly after the criminal complaint was filed on Wednesday, and is scheduled to appear in court in Hastings on Thursday.
