BLAINE, Minn. - Severe weather rolled through the metro on Memorial Day.
Monday night's storms brought more than 60-mile-per-hour wind gusts, bringing down several trees and power lines. There were reports of golf ball-sized hail in Blaine and East Bethel, and even hail close to the size of an egg in Mille Lacs County.
At Pioneer Park in Blaine, a portable toilet was wedged in between the roots of an uprooted tree, drawing crowds of people taking pictures.
Tuesday could bring strong to severe storms with high winds and hail. Find the most up-to-date weather information from KARE 11 here.
