MINNEAPOLIS — It's a new season of baseball at Target Field!
With the Twins' home opener just around the corner, the clubhouse has a handful of new food and beverage options on deck.
In partnership with Delaware North, here are some new, Minnesota-made offerings to enjoy during Target Field's 15th season in the major leagues.

C.R.E.A.M. Smoothie: Collagen peptides, aloe, strawberry, banana, coconut milk, dates and agave syrup
BluePrint Smoothie: Blueberry, avocado, banana, blue spirulina, vanilla protein, coconut milk and agave

Banh Mi Brat: Sausage dish with pickled vegetable and caramelized garlic aioli
Smashed Baked Potato (Section 117)

Just A Burger: Double smash burger topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, American cheese and Two Mixed Up sauce, served on a brioche bun. Available at Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern.

Bussin Birria Tacos: Richly seasoned braised beef and gooey cheese, in a griddled corn tortilla. Served with a consommé dipping sauce.
