GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Fraser is Minnesota’s largest and most experienced provider of early childhood mental health services. As a buddy, you are a trusted friend to an adult with special needs living in one of their Independent Living apartment buildings located across the Metro. Whatever your favorite pastime, odds are you'll enjoy these activities even more with your buddy — whether it’s bowling, reading, cooking or watching movies. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. If volunteers plan to drive the client, they must complete and pass a motor vehicle records check. Buddies must also attend a short volunteer orientation and site-specific onboarding session before starting.
