Man killed in north Minneapolis shooting

According to MPD, the shooting occurred on the 3900 block of Sheridan Avenue North around 4:40 p.m.

MINNEAPOLIS — A man was shot and killed while sitting in his car Thursday evening in the Camden neighborhood in north Minneapolis.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department, the shooting occurred on the 3900 block of Sheridan Avenue North at around 4:40 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a man shot inside his vehicle. Despite lifesaving measures, the man died at the scene. Police say multiple rounds were fired. 

No arrests have been made and officials are continuing to investigate what led up to the shooting.
