Special 'Row The Boat' menu to benefit children's cancer research

Gopher Football Coach P.J. Fleck and his wife, Heather, have partnered with Red Cow and Red Rabbit restaurants to raise funds.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — As an avid supporter of the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital, Gopher Football Coach P.J. Fleck and his wife, Heather, have partnered with Red Cow and Red Rabbit restaurants to raise funds for children’s cancer research.

Coach Fleck worked with the team to create several new menu items that were inspired by his favorites: a Row The Boat burger, pizza and cocktail. The Row The Boat Pizza features a unique cheese blend created by Fleck, with pepperoni, green olives and parmesan. At Red Cow, the Row The Boat Burger has two thinly smashed 60/40 patties, white cheddar, candied bacon, peanut butter, house pickles and lettuce on a sesame seed bun. Diners can pair either creation with the RTB Cocktail made with bourbon, cherry, egg white, lemon, lime and house bitters. All together, they make up the ultimate Golden Gopher meal.

From now until the end of October, Red Cow and Red Rabbit will donate $1 from each of the featured Row The Boat menu items sold to the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.
