Apostle Supper Club deconstructs dinner and donates to help others

Owner and chef Brian Ingram showed off some of the delicious dishes on the menu in a visit to KARE 11 Saturday.

ST PAUL, Minn. — Chef Brian Ingram is known for serving up all kinds of delicious dishes at his restaurants.

Ingram owns Purpose Restaurant Groups, which includes establishments like Hope Breakfast Bar, The Gnome Craft Pub, and Apostle Supper Club in St. Paul and Duluth.

The Apostle Supper Club features a piano bar and jazz, weekend brunch, and classic supper club style dishes that have been "deconstructed" and re-imagined.

Like all of his restaurants, Apostle Supper Club also donates 3% of profits to their nonprofit "Give Hope," which provides assistance to families with food insecurities in the Twin Cities area.

Ingram stopped by KARE 11 Saturday to talk about his restaurants, and demonstrate four of Apostle Supper Club's dishes: Butter Board, Miso Noodle Salad, Mushroom Orzo and the Apostle Pork Chop. Check out the video above for more.
