ELLSWORTH, Minn. — The Meeker County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on an attempted abduction of a 13-year-old in Ellsworth township on April 3.
A 13-year-old told authorities that a man in a red Ford truck drove into their driveway near Lake Stella just before 8 p.m. and pulled them into the truck. The teen told investigators they were able to escape the vehicle after a short time and run to a nearby residence for help.
