The Herbivorous Butcher and J. Selby's have you covered. The vegan butcher shop sells plant-based meats and cheeses, as well as offering a fried chicken shop in south Minneapolis.
J. Selby's has a wider variety of vegan diner eats in St. Paul, from burgers and wraps to stir-fries and salads.
