GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Minnesota Monthly's annual Food & Wine Experience returns to Eagan March 1-3.
The sampling adventure will take you through local wines, drinks and restaurant dishes galore at the Omni Lakes Hotel.
To give us a peek of what to expect, Erik Forsberg, the owner of Devil's Advocate, prepped a dish and showed off his skills on Thursday on KARE 11 News at Noon.
Award-winning chefs such as Yia Vang of Union Hmong Kitchen, Ann Kim of Kyndred Hearth and Alicia Hinz of the Buttered Tin will also serve up delightful foods.
