FRIDLEY, Minn. — Fridley police and several other agencies were called to 250 57th Ave NE Thursday morning on a report of a man who had been shot at a Cub Foods parking lot.
Bystanders and first responders attempted lifesaving measures on Adams, but he died shortly after being taken to a hospital.
On Saturday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the man as 27-year-old Devon Michael Adams of Hugo, Minnesota.
Officials say Adams died from a gunshot wound to the chest during the incident Thursday.
