ST PAUL, Minn. — Edina and Warroad are the 2024 state champions in Girls Hockey.
Edina claimed the Class AA title after shutting out Hill-Murray 2-0 in the championship game Saturday night at Xcel Energy Center. Earlier in the afternoon, Minnetonka won the third-place game with a 5-3 victory over Andover; while Maple Grove won the consolation game 4-1 over Roseau.
Warroad is the Class A state champion after a 5-2 victory over Dodge County. Orono is the third place winner, defeating Academy of Holy Angels, 3-2. Proctor/Hermantown won the consolation game, 5-2 over Willmar.
