GOLDEN VALLEY, Minnesota — Hockey finally returns to the ice this weekend.
NBC Sports host and reporter Kathryn Tappen chatted with sports reporter Andy McDonnell about the NHL restart and qualifying round. After the success with other sports in the “bubble”, she said she’s hopeful that this format will help players stay safe as games continue forward.
The Wild will take on Vancouver in their qualifying round series starting on Sunday.
