Vote for the Minnesota State Fair ice cream flavor

The three finalists are Boba 'Sota, Chamango and Rockstar-Berry.

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Craving a hot summer's day with a cold dish of ice cream in hand? So are folks at the Minnesota State Fair.

Friday is your last chance to vote for which ice cream flavor you'd like to try at the Dairy Barn. Here's a taste of the three contenders:

Boba 'Sota: Vanilla ice cream blends with brown sugar syrup and boba pearls. On the Midwest Dairy website, it's described as a "cozy hug for your tastebuds."

Chamango Chill: If you like sweet and savory combinations, this is the flavor for you. Vanilla ice cream with mango chunks is drizzled in Chamoy — a sauce that includes spices, chilies and fruit.

Rockstar-Berry: If ice cream for breakfast is your dream, cast your vote here. This flavor mixes fruity cereal into vanilla ice cream.

The flavor that collects the most votes will be available in either malt or sundae form at the Dairy Barn at the Minnesota State Fair. Voting is open until April 19. If you'd like to cast a ballot, click here
